U.S. Senate passes resolution condemning Libya

The U.S. Senate unanimously passed a resolution yesterday condemning the recent release of convicted Libyan terrorist Abdel Baset al-Megrahi and asking that Libya apologize for the hero's welcome that al-Megrahi received upon arrival back in his home country. This resolution was passed as Libyan dictator Muammar Qaddafi was making his first appearance before the United Nations to address the General Assembly.
