Motley Rice lawyer joins board of victims center

National Center for Victims of Crime welcomes trial lawyer Don Migliori to Board of Directors

The National Center for Victims of Crime has named Motley Rice attorney Don Migliori to its Board of Directors.

Migliori will work with the National Center on strategy, management and raising public awareness, in addition to supporting fundraising, policy and media efforts.

Many victims of crime require not only support and protection, but also guidance on their legal rights and assistance navigating through the complexities of the civil justice system," said Motley Rice co-founder Joe Rice. "Don has consistently served as a passionate voice for victims of wrongdoing, both in and out of the courtroom. We are excited to have him working in collaboration with an organization whose mission we so proudly support."

Migliori has a long history in complex civil litigation and the protection of victims' rights. As a member of the board, he will contribute his years of experience representing victims against wrongdoing and knowledge of the justice system in collaboration with other board members to support the organization's mission to help crime victims and their families. He is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York and Rhode Island.

The National Center for Victims of Crime is based in D.C. and was founded in 1985 to forge a national commitment to help victims of crime rebuild their lives." Since its inception, the nonprofit organization has supported hundreds of thousands of crime victims. It works on local, state and federal levels to promote a broader understanding of crime's impact and the difficulties faced by victims of crime.
