HarrisMartin Litigation Conference: Medical device lawyer to present on insurance mass tort settlements
Motley Rice member Don Migliori has been invited to speak at HarrisMartin's Mass Tort Litigation Conference with Judge Marina Corodemus (Ret.) entitled "A Post-Modernistic Deconstruction of a Mass Tort Medical Device Case." The conference will be held on Monday, June 4, 2012, at the Ritz-Carlton in Philadelphia, Penn.
Migliori will participate in the panel discussion, "Mass Tort Settlements - Insurance," to address issues such as coverage vs. disclaim, indemnification and subrogation.
