Investment Education Symposium: Securities lawyer presenting on corporate governance

Securities lawyer Badge Humphries will present at the OPAL Financial Group's 2011 Investment Education Symposium. The conference will be held Feb. 28 to March 2, 2011 at the Astor Crowne Plaza in New Orleans.

Humphries will participate in an Equity Investing panel discussion on Monday, Feb. 28 at 4:00 p.m. Topics of discussion include:

• Corporate governance risk
• Capital preservation strategies
• Recognizing fundamental warning signs

The symposium intends to provide key representatives and decision makers of the nation's largest pension funds, endowments, foundations and other institutional investments with a broad spectrum of information on investing, fiduciary responsibility and the selection of money managers.
