Legal Research Strategies: Motley Rice attorney presents on two topics at NBI conference

Motley Rice attorney David P. Abel has been invited to present at the National Business Institute’s upcoming CLE program, Find it Fast and Free on the Net: Strategies for Legal Research on the Web.  The CLE program is scheduled for Feb. 27, 2014 in Charleston, S.C. Abel will present on two topics: Government Internet Resources: Federal State and Local, and Locating Companies for Due Diligence and Background Information. Six other speakers are included in the program and will speak on similar topics covering free and practical online research strategies for legal professionals. 

Abel, who represents investors in securities litigation and other shareholder matters, has several years of experience conducting corporate research and analysis on behalf of the firm’s clients. He serves as Director of Shareholder Services overseeing Motley Rice’s Market Monitor portfolio monitoring service for institutional investor clients and is a member of the Securities and Consumer Fraud case evaluation team.
