TEXPERS Annual Conference: Motley Rice member to speak on trends in securities litigation
Motley Rice member Marlon Kimpson will be speaking at the Texas Association of Public Employee Retirement Systems (TEXPERS) 22nd annual conference being held from March 26 to March 30, 2011 at the Sheraton Austin Hotel in Austin, Texas.
Kimpson will participate in a panel discussion on securities litigation on Tuesday, March 29 from 3:35 p.m. to 4:25 p.m. Other panel members include: Don Broggi of Scott & Scott and Jeff Block of Berman DeValerio.
This conference will focus on factors to consider when optimizing portfolios in reference to the current volatile market, the unpredictable nature of the global economy and the challenges associated with public pension plans meeting assumption rates.
