September 11 Evidence Library

Twenty-five years after the attacks of September 11, 2001, survivors and families of those killed, and others affected by the tragedy continue to seek answers and pursue accountability for those alleged to have supported and enabling the attacks.

This evidence library was created to bring together, in one accessible location, key materials from the public record of federal trial and appellate court proceedings, uncovered through decades of litigation. It is intended to advance transparency, preserve the historical record and provide the public with greater access to evidence related to the deadliest terrorist attack on U.S. soil.

The library search and filter will be made live before the end of September 2026 and will continue to grow as materials are processed and made available. Through this effort, Motley Rice reaffirms its longstanding commitment, started by our late founders Ron Motley and Joe Rice, to advance transparency and pursue justice on behalf of those affected by the September 11, 2001 attacks.
