She was a Summer Law Clerk with Motley Rice in 2024, assisting with various aspects of litigation. Additionally, Celie externed with a criminal defense and family law firm in North Carolina working in various aspects of trial preparation and criminal law hearings. She also gained experience during law school as a student practitioner in the Wake Forest Law Appellate Advocacy Clinic and Juvenile Justice Clinic. Celie served as the President and Treasurer of Wake Forest Law’s Student Bar Association and was a competitive member of Wake Forest Law’s American Association for Justice Trial Team. During undergrad, Celie studied International Business and Finance.
