Motley Rice attorney Don Migliori named Roger Williams University School of Law's first Distinguished Practitioner in Residence
Motley Rice, one of the nation's largest plaintiffs' litigation firms, is proud to announce that one of its members, Don Migliori, has been named Roger Williams University School of Law's first "Distinguished Practitioner in Residence" for the 2010-11 academic year. Ranked by U.S. News & World Report as one of the Top 10 comprehensive colleges in the North, Roger Williams University School of Law is the only law school in Rhode Island.
Migliori has been serving as an adjunct professor for the law school and will expand his role as an "in residence" practitioner, meeting with students and conferring with faculty while continuing his work as a plaintiffs' attorney. In addition to his work on asbestos lawsuits and 9/11 victims litigation, Migliori represents victims of aviation disasters, terrorism, environmental contamination, defective medical devices and potentially dangerous drugs.
Most recently, Migliori has been serving as co-lead counsel and liaison counsel for the Composix® Kugel® Mesh multidistrict litigation, the first MDL in federal Rhode Island Court, on behalf of 3,000 individuals alleging injury by the hernia repair patch.
