This three-day event is among the largest gatherings of trial lawyers throughout the United States and features more than 42 presenters covering topics that include:

  • Advocacy in the courtroom
  • Entrepreneurship
  • The Law of Litigation

The RoundTable's selection process begins with surveys of attorneys and firms from across the nation in order to identify what the magazine considers to be the best civil plaintiff and criminal defense attorneys. The Trial Lawyer Magazine receives thousands of nominations, and each nomination is then assessed by an independent research team. Evaluation criteria includes trial success, trial strategies, case types and the ability to set legal precedence in specific areas of the law.
