Motley Rice co-founder Joe Rice was appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee (PEC) for the In re General Motors LLC Ignition Switch Litigation, MDL # 2543 in the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of New York before Judge Jesse M. Furman.
