Samuel Strother litigates on behalf of the victims of toxic exposure to pesticides and other toxic chemicals as well as those harmed by corporate negligence.

As part of Motley Rice’s toxic exposure litigation team, Sam primarily represents current and former farmers, landscapers, golf course maintenance staffers, and railroad employees who were harmed as a result of corporate negligence. His casework includes representing people who developed Parkinson’s disease after being exposed to the herbicide Paraquat. Sam is also part of the team seeking justice for people suffering the negative health impacts of exposure to aqueous film-forming foam (AFFF) through environmental contamination such as water supplies.

Previously, Sam worked as a law clerk at Motley Rice where he began his work in toxic exposure primarily working in case viability as well as client and co-counsel relations. While completing his legal studies, he worked as a summer associate with a defense firm in Louisville, Ky., where he assisted with legal research and writing regarding asbestos exposure, biomechanical evidence, and general tort liability. During law school, Sam was an active member of the Business Law, Sports and Entertainment Law, and Christian Legal Societies.
