9/11 Legal Challenges: RWU to host "Rights, Remedies and Terrorism"

Roger Williams University (RWU) School of Law will host a "Rights, Remedies and Terrorism: 9/11's Challenges to the Legal System" event in Bristol, R.I., on Sept. 12, 2011, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. in conjunction with the tenth anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. The event is organized by Professor Peter Margulies and will feature Motley Rice member and aviation lawyer Don Migliori along with Rhode Island State Senator Jack Reed; Rhode Island U.S. Attorney Peter Neronha; and New England corporate litigator Patricia Sullivan

Migliori will present on his perspective of the civil justice system, having represented families of loved ones killed by the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks in court and before the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund.
