Bank executives settle investor lawsuit

Former executives at MBNA Bank agreed to a settlement with shareholders who alleged they harmed investors by misleading public shareholders about the bank's financial health. Motley Rice served as lead counsel for the lead plaintiff, and litigated the case on behalf of a class of investors.
