Jillian is part of the team litigating on behalf of victims who suffered pancreatic cancer, intestinal blockages, stomach paralysis, and other adverse effects believed to be linked to Ozempic®, Wegovy® and other GLP-1 RA medical drugs. She also represents individuals harmed by the alleged addictive design and predatory business practices of social media companies. Additionally, as part of Motley Rice’s antitrust litigation team, Jillian works on litigation alleging GoodRX® and major Pharmacy Benefit Managers colluded in price-fixing.
Jillian began her career with Motley Rice as a Law Clerk in 2024, providing support to the medical device and toxic exposure litigation teams through legal research, writing, and discovery. Jillian also completed a judicial externship for the Honorable Chief Justice Paul A. Suttell of the Rhode Island Supreme Court.
In law school, Jillian was a Teacher Assistant for Torts I and II and was a member of the Roger Williams University Law Review where she published a survey of Rhode Island Law, State v. Leonard. Jillian gained valuable experience working as a paralegal in firms that focused on appellate law, estate planning, personal injury, land use, and professional responsibility. During undergrad, she worked as a legal intern with the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia.
