Motley Rice member Mike Daly was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association (PTLA). For 66 years the PTLA, Philadelphia’s oldest trial lawyer organization, has united civil and criminal litigators whose members “are pledged to preserving the Constitution by protecting an individual’s right of access to the courts.”

“Being appointed to a Board position for this storied institution is truly an honor. PTLA’s tireless work as the driving force working to help Pennsylvanians have superior access to justice makes it a vital piece of our legal ecosystem,” said Mike Daly, who heads the Motley Rice Philadelphia office.

Mike is a seasoned mass tort litigator with experience in toxic tort, pharmaceutical and medical device cases, including Paraquat, Roundup®, hernia mesh, Ozempic® and other GLP-1 RA litigations.
