Motley Rice ranked 23 of 50 in ISS 2017 Securities Class Action Services report

The Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) ranked Motley Rice in the top half for securities class action settlement recoveries in its 2017 Securities Class Action Services Top 50 report.

Motley Rice is ranked 23 out of 50 for serving as lead or co-lead counsel in securities class action settlements totaling $30,075,000 that were made available to investors in 2017. The firm’s securities class action settlements for 2017 included recovering, with co-counsel, nearly $30 million* for Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMD) shareholders to resolve litigation that alleged the semiconductor company had made false and misleading statements and concealed material facts regarding the commercial success of its Llano APU computer processor chip. 

Motley Rice has been ranked in the Securities Class Action Services Top 50 for seven of the past nine reports, including years: 2016, 2015201420112010 and 2009.
