The firm’s securities class action settlements for 2017 included recovering, with co-counsel, nearly $30 million* for Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMD) shareholders to resolve litigation that alleged the semiconductor company had made false and misleading statements and concealed material facts regarding the commercial success of its Llano APU computer processor chip.
