MOTLEY RICE ASBESTOS LAWYER NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED

Morgantown, W.V. - Motley Rice announces today that asbestos lawyer Vicki Antion Nelson has been selected by her peers for inclusion in the 2012 West Virginia Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list in the areas of Class Action/Mass Torts, Environmental Litigation and Personal Injury Plaintiff: General.

A West Virginia native, Antion Nelson has spent many years representing individuals and families suffering from mesothelioma and other asbestos-related diseases as a result of occupational, environmental and household exposure. She continues to fight for the rights of victims harmed by asbestos and advocates for the improved health and welfare of workers. Antion Nelson was the youngest member of the West Virginia State Bar Association Board of Governors and serves on the Development Committee of the West Virginia University College of Law. She is also active in her community, volunteering for numerous Morgantown, W.V., organizations and serving as a Rosenbaum Family House board member.
